The purpose of this contest is for boys and girls (K-3 and 4-6 grades) to create beautiful artwork that brings joy, positivity and inspiration into the lives of others. The artwork should make viewers happy!​

• Students can enter on their own, through their school, homeschool, or art studio.

• Students must be in grades K-3 or 4-6 and reside in the United States.

• Contest entry form must be completed by parents or guardian.

• Enter art with a still digital image (painting, sculpture, drawing, collage, graphic design, etc.)

• This is not a photography contest.

• Art must be submitted online.

• Do not mail art as it will not be entered in the contest or returned.

• Submit original artwork only.

• Please do not enter art from copyright source such as pictures originated from Disney, Marvel, DC Comics, and Pixar.

• Only one piece per artist​ is allowed.

Winners:

• Winners will be judged by a panel of 5 through a scoring/point system.

• There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner in each grade category.

• Photos of winners with artwork will be requested after they are announced.

Prizes:

• A cash prize will be issued for 1st place winners in each grade category!

• Each winner will receive a t-shirt displaying their winning artwork, aluminum award, a feature on social media and a Cicely's Jazzy Art gift certificate.

Artwork Upload/Submissions:

• Use a high resolution camera or cell phone (5 megapixels or higher is best; however, 2 megapixels will also work). File types acceptable are jpg, jpeg, png, gif.

• Use indirect light to minimize glare.

• Take the photo as straight on as possible to prevent distortion and camera still.

• Make sure your image it is clear.

• Submissions must be e-mailed to cjazzyart@yahoo.com or submitted below.

• All submissions must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2020.
