Cicely Miller is the Owner, Visual Artist, Digital Illustrator, Designer and Creative Director of Cicely’s Jazzy Art and founder of Celebrating Art Contest. She is a proud graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana where she majored in Mass Communications and minored in Visual Arts. She earned a Master of Arts in Arts, Technology and Emerging Communications from the University of Texas at Dallas.

 

Cicely has produced various works with various themes and mediums over the years. She specializes in functional art. She partners with various colleges and universities, sororities, fraternities and other major local and national organizations. She has exhibited and been the featured artist at the Red River Revel, Essence Music Festival, International Quilt Festival, Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Frisco in the Square, Chocolate and Art Show, Fiesta de la Flor, Selena Music Festival, Junior League and Links, Inc.
